A private part of this site for past and present R.G. Menzies Scholars to Harvard. You can keep your details up to date, find other scholars, and say whether you are happy to talk with applicants.
How to Join
Request access
Give your name and email address and choose your entry on the Honour Roll. If your name or degree is listed differently, say so in the message box.
We check the request
Requests are checked by hand against the Honour Roll, so the network stays limited to Menzies Scholars.
Open your invitation
You receive a personal invitation link. It works once and stays valid for 30 days. If it expires, request a new one.
Create your account
Choose a password of at least 10 characters and confirm you are the scholar named on the invitation. Your profile is then ready to fill in.
Who Sees What
- Other signed-in scholars
- Your profileName, role, organisation, location, fields, bio and links, as far as you fill them in. Everything except your name is optional.
- Your email address
- Only if you chooseHidden from other scholars unless you switch on “Show my email address”. Never shown publicly.
- The public
- Only if you opt inYour profile appears on the public Honour Roll only if you switch on “Show my profile on the public Honour Roll”.
- The Honour Roll entry
- Always publicYour year, name and Harvard degree are part of the scholarship’s public record, with or without an account.
Mentoring and Introductions
On your profile you can say you are happy to talk with applicants and new scholars. Other scholars can then find you with the “Open to mentoring” filter in the directory.
Applicants can ask through the contact form to speak with a past scholar. We may pass on an introduction to someone who has said yes, but we never share your contact details without asking you first.
Questions
My name or degree on the Honour Roll is wrong, or I’m missing.
Tell us through the contact form and we’ll check it with the Harvard Club of Australia. You can still request access in the meantime. Explain the difference in the message box.
My invitation link has expired or doesn’t work.
Each invitation works once and lasts 30 days. Request access again and we’ll send a fresh link.
I’ve forgotten my password.
Use Forgotten your password? on the sign-in page. The reset link is valid for 3 days and works once.
How long do I stay signed in?
Up to 30 days on each device. You can sign out of every other device from your Account page.
Can I leave?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. Your entry on the Honour Roll stays, because it is the scholarship’s public record.
How is my information handled?
See the privacy page. Your name and profile details are never sent to Google Analytics.
